It has been observed that at times, companies in search of directors for their boards find it difficult to obtain a satisfactory match between the specific needs of their boards and the characteristics of candidates available for directorships. The PICG can facilitate companies with their search through the list it maintains of the accredited directors thereby facilitating appointment of Independent Non-Executive directors.

Costing:

Companies requiring directors on their board:

Members: 20% of the total package offered to the director
Non Members: 25% of the total package offered to the director

Individuals seeking placement on the board:

Members: Rs. 5,000
Non Members: Rs. 10,000

Certified Director will receive the waiver on the fee.
